Description

“CT OPG“ is a query that refers to two different dental imaging techniques: the Orthopantomogram (OPG), a 2D panoramic X-ray of the teeth and jaws, and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), which uses X-rays to create 3D images of the teeth, jawbones, and surrounding tissues. CBCT provides a more detailed, 3D view than the flat, 2D image of an OPG, with applications in surgical planning, orthodontics, and implant placement.

What is an OPG machine? An OPG (Orthopantomogram) machine is a specialized dental X-ray device that produces a single, panoramic image of the entire mouth, showing all teeth, upper and lower jaws, and surrounding structures in one view. This provides dentists with a wide-angle perspective to diagnose problems like tooth decay, gum disease, impacted teeth, cysts, and jaw abnormalities, which are difficult to detect on conventional X-rays. The OPG machine works by a rotating arm with the X-ray source moving around the patient's head, capturing the comprehensive view in a quick, non-invasive procedure

AI Dental Checkups

AI dental checkups utilize artificial intelligence and digital imaging to provide at-home or in-clinic oral health screenings, often through apps where users upload photos or use specialized robots for quick, contactless assessments. These AI tools function as screening and educational resources, identifying common dental problems to motivate users to seek professional dental care rather than replacing a dentist. They offer convenience by providing rapid assessments and can help bridge gaps in access to dental care

Smile Design

Smile design is a personalized cosmetic dentistry approach to enhance the aesthetics of a person's smile by combining various dental procedures, such as teeth whitening, veneers, crowns, orthodontics, and bonding, to correct issues like discoloration, gaps, or misshapen teeth. It is a comprehensive plan that assesses facial features and overall dental health to create a customized, radiant, and confident smile tailored to the individual's specific goals.

Laser Dentistry

Laser dentistry uses focused high-intensity light beams to treat a variety of dental conditions with enhanced precision and accuracy for both hard and soft tissues, offering advantages like reduced pain and bleeding, less need for local anesthesia, and a more pleasant patient experience compared to traditional dental tools. It is used for procedures such as cavity treatment, soft tissue surgery, teeth whitening, and root canal sterilization
